Art direction and graphic design production for corporate video. Along with the logo design, I created all graphic materials and effects using Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and 3Ds Max, while combining these elements with music tracks I produced; along with supplied live video and voice-overs to end with a 10 minute video.

Client: FMCG– FilmQuest Marketing Communications Group

Art direction and graphic design production for corporate video. I created all graphic materials and effects using Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop. With this project, I experimented with the overall layout and ideas of what you could do with a corporate video. With a running time of 11 minutes, we didn’t want to lose the viewer with boring figures and static shots of a “talking head”. Here, we played with a multi-camera shoot of the president of the company, where later we would use all the shots at once and play with breaking up the confines of the letterbox format. By pulling the presentations in and out of this space, it allowed us to keep the information fresh and keep the view interested.

Created and redesigned the layout of the Virtual Premise website. Taking a dated site design and breathing an contemporary look into their online presence was achieved with flash animation and stock photo sources, with designing the world of business and the subtleties of that environment. I designed and animated the header graphics and made the initial layout for the site and handed it off to a programmer to rapidly implement the redesign. Unfortunately, the site has since gone under another redesign, however below you will find samples of the before and after layouts.

Commissioned to create artwork for a DVD cover and four page insert booklet. The DVD was produced to showcase the hit show along with the special guest appearances they have had to date.

Client: California State University, Northridge

Designed a program to be used for the production of Shim Ch’ong which was preformed at The Getty Center in Southern California. I started by drawing the background picture using charcoal and added white latex paint throughout. I then photographed the drawing and continued the layout in Illustrator.

Art direction and graphic design production for restaurant menu redesign. Using the decor of the restaurant as inspiration, I took pictures of various artistic focal points that were painted throughout the restaurant. I then took pictures of signature dishes and also added them to the layout.
Images were prepped in Photoshop and menu layout was done in Quark.

Client: Conceptual graphic design project

Working from found photos and text; created a high-fashion technology themed magazine, using my own brand of design aesthetics to product a different look for the typical ‘techno-pop’ magazine for the 20 to 35 year old audience.

3D product design for clients like Crate & Barrel and Starbucks. Using 3Ds Max, I created coffee cups and dinner sets to showcase in-house designs created by Greenroom Design.
